Shipping Schedule I try my best to ship the day after receiving payment confirmation.

Shipping Weights Mst orders ship for $8.95. I will use the cheapest shipping method available which is almost always Priority Mail, unless you specify that it must go via UPS Ground. If you have a very small order, under 2 pounds, it ship for less, but I can fit anywhere from 3 pound to 20 pounds of mosaic tile into a box that costs $8.95 to ship. I can ship up to 25 pounds of tumbled glass for the same rate.

Some shipping scenarios: 1500 mosaic tiles, cost around $30.00 and ship for $8.95.

500 mosaic tiles, cost around $10.00 and ship for $8.95.

12 full sheets of mosaic tiles, cost around $25.00 and ship for $8.95.

20 pounds of tumbled glass cost around, $55.00 and ship for $8.95.

50 sheets of mosaic tiles, cost around $100.00 and ship for $45.00

Payment Methods The web store system will process Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover cards. If you'd like to use Paypal, or Mail a check to pay for your order please choose the one of those options in the checkout process, choose "Mail Payment" and I'll get your order and respond with an email with the mailing instructions. If you choose Paypal, I'll generate a Paypal request to your email address in the order form.

If you'd like me to personally check all the shipping options and charge you for the cheapest one please pick "Find the Cheapest" in the shipping method in the checkout.

There are a couple of "Flat Rate Boxes" for Priority Mail which are the cheapest way to ship the tile and tumbled glass. I can fit 10 sheets of tile in one flat rate box or 25 pounds of tumbled glass.

Returns and Refunds I will gladly refund the purchase price minus any shipping discounts received for tile and glass returned in original condition. All returns must be within 30 days of purchase and authorized via email.

For orders above $250.00 there is a 20% restock fee for returned tile.
